Power Bouncers • Water Slides • Giant Maze • Low-Elements Confidence Course • Axe Throwing

Axe throwing

Test your aim with Oakridge's axe throwing activity! With two lanes for a little friendly competition, our axe throwing station is manned by our staff to oversee and train you to hit the mark.

Archery

Archery has always been a staple of summer camps. Grab a bow and arrows and hit that bullseye! Oakridge Staff will teach guests how to properly use the equipment to ensure everyone's safety.

Riflery/marksmanship

Our riflery/marksmanship activity is made up of .22 caliber rifles (when ammo is available). Our guns are a variety of single-shot, bolt-action, and semi-automatic rifles. Alternately, we offer the use of BB Guns in place of rifles.

Swimming pool & hot tub

Added in 2008, Oakridge's swimming pool is quite possibly the most popular activity during the summer months. Nighttime pool parties and a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a long day are just a few of the draws to this excellent choice.

Human Foosball

You know all about foosball; this is just like that, but using people instead of little men in the game! Players can only move side-to-side and use their legs; no arm action allowed!

Climbing Wall

Our 24-foot climbing wall has a complete self-belay system. Climbers are strapped into a harness and select one of four sections on the wall to attempt to climb to the top. There is an Easy, two Mediums (for racing your friends!), and a Difficult section. An excellent choice for all ages!

Power Bouncers

Our two power bouncers are large, inflatable trampolines. Campers are strapped into a harness attached to bungees that are adjusted for weight, then are pulled into the air, jumping on the trampoline as they rise. Eventually, the campers are able to bounce over 20 feet into the air, doing front or backflips!

water slides

Going down our two giant water slides is a great way to beat the summer heat and have an absolute blast at camp! The water slides are an excellent choice for wet and wild fun! Featuring a thrilling speed slide with a sudden drop and a curvy and twisty slide that will leave you wondering what’s around each bend!

Giant Maze

Oakridge's giant maze is the ultimate way for campers to get lost. Narrow turns and lots of dead-ends make this a challenging activity night or day! This is also a basic activity (you can do it for free); or our staff can facilitate some crazy team-building competitions.

low-elements confidence course

Team-building is an integral part of the camp experience, and our Low-Elements Confidence Course is a great way to bring groups closer together. A variety of elements in the Course allows for several smaller groups to go through at the same time.
